This is the club’s main charity fundraising event of the year with all profits shared between LIVES – the Lincolnshire Integrated Voluntary Emergency Service and the Lincs and Notts Air Ambulance. The Wolds Bikers Charity Bike Night is as old as the club itself and now that the club meets at the Coach and Horses in Billinghay, there is much more space to accommodate trade and club stands and plenty of parking space for bikes and cars.
Lincolnshire Bike Nights is a non profit making organisation who are funded by bike enthusiasts and local businesses. Our aim is to provide entertainment for motorcycle enthusiasts from all walks of life. We are always looking for sponsors to help keep the bike nights running. If you would like to get involved, please get in touch.
Welcome to 2013 LBN, 24 years of Bike Nights, Have a look at the history for how it all started and Let us hope for a bit better weather this year.
You will see in the events that this year there is a combined LBN 2013 Poster. Download LBN 2013 poster This I hope will make it easier to find out where every one is and where the venues are and so be able to choose which one you wish to attend.
Due to popular demand from a few of the LBN Bikers, I have set up double/joint Sports and Cruiser Nights. I will see what the feed back is over the year as to whether I do the same next year the ’25th Anniversary of the LBN’.
If you have any suggestions for events let me know. You will also see there are a few new venues and some have been lost for various reasons but may return next year who knows?…
As always, many thanks to all of the venues that have helped me over the years.
I have been able to book the Lancaster Bomber Night, a great night and a big fund raiser to help keep the Aviation Centre and the Lancaster running. There is no where else in the World that you can see and hear a Lancaster at close range and for only £1 you can win a chance to go inside for the engine start up. This year is a special Year for the Lancaster Bombers as it is the Anniversary of the Lancasters Dam Busters Mission.
There is also a Motorcycle trip to the Dams, so be sure to come along to the event.
I hope you enjoy the venues and hope to get chance to meet up with you during the year.
Last but not least thanks to all the help and feedback from all of you and your support over the years.
All the best,
A few photos from the Lancaster Bomber Night 2011 at the Lincolnshire Aviation Heritage Centre. It was a great turn out this year and personally, I really enjoyed the event. Thanks for all your support!
