The National Centre for Craft and Design (NCCD) is running a special day for motorcyclists on Sunday 25th September to celebrate the opening of its brand new exhibition ‘Formula Fashion.’ So if you’re thinking about a ride out that weekend, why not plan your route to include a break with us?
Bikes can be parked in front of the building in the Navigation Wharf courtyard (a hard, non-gravel based surface), so come along and you’re guaranteed to get a good look at a fantastic range of models lined up outside the building. They’ll also be a hog roast company on site so you can grab a tasty hot snack, and NCCD’s Cafe will be open serving hot and cold drinks and cakes all day. We’ll have secure spaces for you to store your helmets, so you’re free to explore the building, grab refreshments and visit the Formula Fashion exhibition.
We’ve also invited various motorcycling organisations to the building on that day, including companies that work in graphic design on bodywork and bikewear organisations, so you might find a bargain or something to inspire you on the way around. If you’re interested in bringing your biker group along just let us know by replying to this e-mail or contacting Anna Wilson on 07810855957 and we’ll send you through more information about the day and how to find us.
